General print Information

Gavin Parsons’ Baby Bird prints are produced on archival matt photo paper using the latest digital technology. These are not mass produced posters as each print is made to order and signed by Gavin Parsons.

Sizes and details
All the images are available in 3 sizes, which best suit the work. Sizes are easy to frame as they follow the standard units of A2, A1 and A0. Metric and Imperial sizes are below and you can see a graphical representation on our Sizes page.

Finding standard frames for these sizes is easy or you are, of course, free to have frames made to suit your decoration.

Payment
Your online security is very important to us so Payment is through the ultra secure Paypal system. You can pay with a credit or debit card or with a paypal account (if you have one). This ensures your payment details are secure and we do not keep records of your details. Overseas customers can also pay in your own currency, which paypal will convert to pounds sterling.

Delivery
Because the prints are precious, we use Royal Mail Special delivery and have set a fair pricing structure for delivery.

Orders above £200 are posted free of charge

We endeavour to produce and dispatch your prints as quickly as possible, but as stated previously they are created individually and then signed personally by the photographer. This takes a bit of time so while we aim to get the prints to you within week, please allow 10 working days for delivery. If you have a particular tight deadline you are working to we will try out best to meet it, but contact us in the first instance at photo@gavinparsons.co.uk

Customers outside United Kingdom
There is a small additional charge for sending overseas. The price will depend on the size and number of prints you purchse and where you live, so once you have made your selection please contact us for cost details. We ship with UPS and only charge you, what UPS charges us.

Copyright notice:
Please remember you are buying a print, not the rights to the picture. You may display the print wherever you like. However, the image cannot be replicated, reproduced or supplied electronically to third parties without the permission of the copyright holder.

That means you are NOT allowed to scan the image, send it to a magazine or newspaper, put it onto the internet or distribute the image electronically in any way. By purchasing the print you agree to abide by these rules. If wish to publish the image, or any images on this site please contact Gavin Parsons at photo@gavinparsons.co.uk

Returns
If you receive a damaged parcel, please contact us immediately at photo@gavinparsons.co.uk. Do not just send the print back.

Please also be aware that each print is made individually. We care about our customers and create a piece of special artwork just for you. Please ensure you have looked at the size chart carefully and double check the sizes to make sure you order a correctly sized print. For example A0 is a very impressive and large print, but ensure you have the wall space for it.

In the very unlikely event you decide the print does not meet your expectations you MUST notify us within that 7 days and dispatch the prints in the original packaging via special delivery (at your cost). Packages must be recieved in good order and I cannot be held responsible for damage to the goods in return transit. Also please note that refunds are NOT available after the 7 days without a problem having been reported.

Once I have received the carefully returned item(s), a refund of the purchase price will be made.
